Position Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant (RA) adheres to all applicable policies and procedures while operating within the scope of practice designated for Nursing Assistants. The activities performed by the CNA / RA are overseen by the nurse on duty during the shift, and the CNA / RA is responsible for communicating significant resident information to the nurse throughout the shift and during shift changes.

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence, comprising over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers who assist nearly 200,000 individuals annually in various settings, including homes and clinics.
