Job Title: Brio-Carry Out

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Carry Out Server to join our team at Buca di Beppo

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and take orders utilizing suggestive selling and upselling techniques to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation methods, cook time, ingredients, and other relevant information to provide accurate and helpful responses to guests.
  • Prepare guest checks and process credit cards while adhering to all cash handling and credit card procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and meet guest expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
