Phlebotomy Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a Phlebotomy Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of day-to-day operations in the laboratory, ensuring high-quality patient care, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise laboratory staff and ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory sections, hospital staff, and external clients to maintain continuity of service.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to laboratory staff to ensure quality test reporting and staff competency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • ASCP MT certification.
  • 6 years of laboratory experience and knowledge.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
