Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to support electrical projects, maintenance, and repairs at our Cincinnati West facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both residential and commercial electrical systems and be comfortable managing projects, meeting deadlines, and interacting with diverse teams. Strong customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure electrical current, voltage, or resistance in electrical equipment using various tools and techniques.
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring and cables to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues with electrical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Clearly communicate technical information to coworkers and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Read and interpret relay logic and schematic diagrams to identify complex issues.
  • Work safely with multiple voltage levels, including 480 VAC, 3-phase, and adhere to strict safety protocols.
  • Replace electrical and mechanical components as needed to maintain optimal equipment performance.
  • Operate ladders and lifts safely while working from various heights to access hard-to-reach areas.
  • Use hand tools, including voltage multimeters, for routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure quality control and reliability of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption to production.

Working Conditions:

This is a third-shift position working Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules as needed.
