Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with complex conditions, utilizing IV therapy and other treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Current and unrestricted RN license.
- 3 years' experience as an RN, preferably with home care experience and exceptional IV skills.
- A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Successfully pass annual competency checks.
- Clean background and criminal record, and pass a drug test.
The successful candidate must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear, and use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 lbs may be required. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
