We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Yoke's Fresh Markets. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

• Product Preparation: Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, breads, and desserts according to company recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and store ingredients and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other bakery team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of bakery operations, including product appearance, taste, and texture.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, including ability to handle cash and make change.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills to carry out instructions and manage problems in a fast-paced environment.

The bakery environment can be physically demanding, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The noise level is moderate, and the work environment is fast-paced and dynamic.
