Key Responsibilities- Assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines
- Conduct patient assessments and provide education on dialysis therapy
- Monitor patients' vital signs and treatment parameters
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient outcomes
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
