**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing complex ServiceNow solutions that drive business value and improve operational workflows.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, tuition remission, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Technical ServiceNow Solutions Architect, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that address business requirements and align with future state
  • Providing technical subject matter expertise and acting as a technical product advocate for ServiceNow
  • Developing and implementing ITIL processes such as ITSM, ITOM, SACM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborating with colleagues to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Creating system designs and detailed technical documentation
  • Providing technical leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
  • At least one ServiceNow certification (CMA, CTA, CAS, CAD, CSA required)
  • A minimum of 7 years of ServiceNow experience
  • Ten years of information technology experience
  • Healthcare/Higher education experience preferred
