**Job Summary**

The Toro Company is seeking a skilled PCD Hanger to join our team at Exmark, a leading manufacturer of commercial mowers and equipment for the landscape professional. As a PCD Hanger, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Hang (unhang) parts on paint line carriers according to standard work procedures
• Perform visual checks on all parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate electric or pneumatic hoists to set heavier painted parts on carts in advance of assembly
• Move parts to storage areas using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure all equipment is in safe working order
• Strive to meet established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards
• Continuously seek to improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall quality of product

**Requirements**

• Ability to follow standard work and procedures
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
