About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect to join our team at Zaelab. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research into clients' use of Salesforce, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for optimization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  • Review and refine Salesforce solutions, recommending improvements and enhancements to ensure maximum value.
  • Own the design and development of Salesforce solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a release manager, overseeing the configuration and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple environments.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members on Salesforce best practices and solution design.
  • Ensure that all solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects, with a strong focus on solution design and architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce certifications, such as Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Designer, and Platform App Builder.
  • Proven experience in building customized configure, quote, and price solutions, with a strong understanding of B2B commerce.
  • A hands-on approach to solution delivery, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
