Concrete Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team at Knife River - Casper Division. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Calculate the number of trucks required to haul material based on vehicle capacity, traffic conditions, and productivity of drivers.
• Monitor progress and detect any issues with worker utilization and equipment.
• Measure distances and direct work crews engaged in operating vehicles and machines.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of work crews engaged in preparing and applying concrete.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve productivity.

• 4-6 years of verifiable work experience in a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
