Laboratory Analyst

CSL Behring is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

• Testing and Quality Control
  • Perform testing and quality control activities in accordance with CSL/Compendial methods.
  • Interpret test results and document findings in laboratory records and LIMS computer system.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and legible records of work performed.
  • Enter results into the laboratory notebook and LIMS computer system.
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate aberrant results to laboratory supervision immediately.
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new procedures and processes to improve quality and efficiency.

• Education
  • Minimum BS/BA in a related science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology).
• Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience or proven demonstration to perform in the role may be considered.
