About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Upward Projects. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to ensure seamless service.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that guests receive their orders promptly.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling payments and making change as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • State Food Handler's Management Certification required.
  • Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required.
