About the Role
We are looking for a Full-time weekend RN position who can perform skilled nursing visits, coordinate client care, and point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of clinical experience, be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment, and possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits and complete coordination of client care
- Point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients
- Oversee the frequency of visits for the episode
- Consult with physician and office regarding patient care
- Accurately collect OASIS data and maintain current medication profiles
- Ensure timely reporting of lab values to physicians
- Attend weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings
Estimated Salary Range
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Qualifications
Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following requirements:
- Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
- Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
