BronxCare Health System, the largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system covering the South and Central Bronx, is seeking a skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their team.
About the RoleAs a Pediatric Anesthesiologist at BronxCare, you will be responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures. You will assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department, perform pre-anesthesia assessments, and discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
Requirements- M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMC and FLEX completion
- Approved Residency in Anesthesia completion
- Currently licensed as a Physician
BronxCare Health System offers a competitive salary of $565K, a $25K annual Pedi fellowship stipend, and up to a $100K sign-on package. Additionally, you will receive generous paid time off, a benefits package including health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, and flexible spending accounts/health savings accounts. You will also be eligible for 401(k) and profit sharing.
