Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving product quality, enhancing process efficiencies, and ensuring machine reliability
  • Integrating robotics technology into manufacturing workflows
  • Programming and overseeing the operation of robotics utilized within the organization
  • Designing control systems and leading process enhancement initiatives
  • Diagnosing equipment issues and recommending effective solutions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of engineering or maintenance experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs and Robotics, particularly with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Fanuc systems
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and ladder logic
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial machinery and operations
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tubing and steel industry is advantageous
