Program Analyst Job Description

Regulus Group is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The selected candidate will bring a diverse set of skills, ranging from managing client schedules and meetings to overseeing program actions by tracking and addressing them promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple program management assignments for the government client with minimal direction from a team lead or manager.
  • Work as an individual contributor and/or member of a team for project/program office.
  • Utilize MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word to prepare documents and reports.
  • Demonstrate competency in developing quality presentations or reports for the government program.
  • Contribute effectively to team lead, manager, upper management, and government client as an indispensable team member through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing opportunities and seek to enhance skills through training and job experience.
  • Facilitate/participate in company and government meetings and manage/track actions; promptly distribute to project/team lead, manager, or government client.
  • Assist/develop presentations or reports for manager, project/team lead, or government client.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests/actions.
Requirements:
  • Five years of relevant experience.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Strong analytical background and good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in program management is ideal.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance.
