Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train planer mill staff to ensure optimal productivity and coverage.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to meet production goals.
• Assist in overseeing the operation of planer mill machinery, ensuring proper setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the sawmill and other departments to ensure a steady supply of rough lumber and efficient workflow.
• Monitor production output to ensure it meets quality and quantity standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of planer mill machinery and operations.
