- Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
- Lead and Coach Tax Staff: Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.
- Review and Delegate Tax Work: Review tax returns prepared by tax associates and seniors, delegating responsibilities and monitoring the efforts of engagement teams.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Tax Developments: Stay current with tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert tax advice to clients.
- Experience: 7 years or more of related experience in public accounting or corporate tax department.
- Education: Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA License: Possess a valid CPA license.
- Master's Degree in Taxation or Law: Possess a Master's degree in Taxation or Law.
- Partnership Tax Experience: Have experience in partnership tax.
