Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time licensed mental health therapist to join our team in Towson, MD. As a licensed therapist, you will work with clients to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatments to promote mental wellness and resilience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including timely completion of session notes and adherence to clinical protocols
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure in Maryland (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PhD/PsyD)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
