About the Role:The NSICU is a 22-bed unit that provides comprehensive Neuro-Specialty Care to patients with complex neurological conditions. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals works collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
