Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Interactive Medical Specialists. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing radiological technician services to our clients, including performing routine radiologic studies, correctly positioning patients for radiographs, and using standard radiographic equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine radiologic studies on the inmate population as ordered by appropriate clinicians
  • Correctly positioning patients for radiographs and determining the level of radiation intensity to minimize radiation exposure
  • Using standard radiographic equipment, including systems produced by GE Medical Systems and Kodak
Requirements:
  • Completion of a full-time training course of at least 24 months in duration (or the equivalent) in a post-high school diagnostic radiologic technology program
  • Certification in general radiologic technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology, Radiography (ARRT) (R)
  • Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
