Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Deadwood Lodge. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of excellent.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to banquet guests, taking food and beverage orders and serving them with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health department standards and codes.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including food, bar, and wine options.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Able to work varying shifts, including set-up, cleanup, and tear-down procedures.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently during the workday.
  • Ability to read and write basic English.
