Machinist Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machinist Technician to join our team in Canby, Oregon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our SMT machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient processing.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machine operation, preferably in an SMT setting, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of SMT processes, PCB assembly, and sequencing machines is essential for success in this role.

• Operate SMT machines to produce high-quality products while meeting efficiency targets.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment as per documented instructions.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities to enhance process efficiency.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment and adhere to company safety policies.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Prior experience in machine operation, preferably in an SMT setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A strong understanding of SMT processes, PCB assembly, and sequencing machines.
