About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Mammography Technologist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for supervising technologists, ensuring high-quality patient interactions, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of technologists to ensure efficient and effective imaging services.
  • Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure high-quality patient interactions and maintain a positive patient experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical records and imaging results.
  • Manage inventory and maintain appropriate par levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform high-level sterile technique and maintain infection control prevention standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited RT Program or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a staff technologist in mammography or relevant areas.
  • State RT License.
  • ARRT Mammography Certification.
  • CPR Certified.
