BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Monett, Missouri. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing clients' physical needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing skilled physical therapy services to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' physical needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments
  • Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Physical Therapist license in the state
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Previous home health care experience is welcomed, but not required
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
