Position Overview

We are seeking Residential Specialists who will be responsible for delivering care and training to clients within a residential environment. Your role will involve assisting individuals with their daily activities, imparting new skills, and facilitating enjoyable recreational experiences in the community.


Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will:
1. Provide essential support to clients, engaging them in meaningful activities.
2. Assist individuals with daily living skills, ensuring their comfort and safety.
3. Complete necessary electronic documentation accurately and timely.


Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in direct support roles.
- A valid CA Driver's License.
- The physical capability to lift and move heavy objects.


Additional skills such as being multi-lingual, familiarity with case management systems, and CPR/First Aid certification will be considered advantageous.
