Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Yakima, Washington. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Focus Staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality speech therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients, including evaluation and treatment of diagnosed conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
  • Communicate patient progress and problems to supervisors and other team members.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements.
  • Must possess independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
  • At least 2 years of SLP experience.
