Daytime Caregiver Position

Concord, Massachusetts, United States Deaconess Abundant Life Services Full time

We are currently hiring for multiple positions to be a daytime floater for our agency, Deaconess Abundant Life Home Care Services.


For each position, these shifts would be either:



  • Sunday through Wednesday
  • Wednesday through Saturday

Job Requirements:



  • You must have an active Massachusetts CNA license or an HHA certificate.
  • You have to be available on your set days from 7am-8pm. Within those days and time period, we would not schedule you for more than 40 hours but you would still get paid 40 hours even if we did not need you.
  • You would be required to cover any shift that we needed coverage for during those days/times
  • You need to be willing to drive clients in your vehicle if necessary (driving history check, proof of insurance, valid Massachusetts driver's license and vehicle registration required) You will be paid for travel time between clients and mileage.
  • Experienced in working with people with dementia
  • Experienced in working with people on hospice
  • Ok with working in homes with dogs and/or cats
  • Maintain a current CNA or HHA Certificate
  • Ability to read & write in English
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
