About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Jobot. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout using robotic total stations, GPS survey equipment, and UAVs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct title research, boundary computations, review and reduction of field notes, plan preparation and drafting, and calculation of stakeout points for field crews.
  • Perform boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout using robotic total stations, GPS survey equipment, and UAVs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of survey experience, surveyor in training LSI/LSIT preferred or willing to pursue license.
  • AutoCad proficiency.
