About the Role

We're seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stairlift Installers. As a Stairlift Installer, you'll be responsible for installing stairlifts in homes, ensuring a safe and accessible environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install stairlifts in homes, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the best installation approach
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in carpentry or construction, with a focus on mechanical skills
  • A reliable vehicle, such as a box truck, cargo van, or full-size pickup
  • Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance
  • Ability to travel within 100 miles of our office, with occasional longer trips
  • Essential tools, including box wrenches, Allen wrenches, a 12" miter saw, and a drill driver extension
What We Offer
  • A 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling
  • Competitive compensation for stairlift installations, averaging $250-$350 per job
  • Occasional opportunities for curved stairlift installations, with higher compensation
  • No out-of-pocket expenses, as we purchase and stage all jobs
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
