  • Handle day-to-day paperwork involved with retail operations, including scheduling and employee relations
  • Coach, manage, and develop store employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Write and manage store schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage
  • Assist in hiring, interviewing, and resolving employee relations concerns
  • Understand and analyze store profit and loss statements, identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and maintenance to ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth

**Requirements:**

  • 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of management experience in retail and/or auto service environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, management, and customers
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Varying work hours, including weekends and overtime
