Platinum Parking is seeking a highly skilled Valet Supervisor to oversee operations in a bustling urban environment.

The Valet Supervisor will ensure operational excellence across various hotel and restaurant locations. In this pivotal position, you will manage service operations, oversee recruitment, and supervise valet staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop valet staff.
  • Conduct team audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Manage both labor and non-labor budgets effectively.
  • Prepare and submit company reports.
  • Facilitate new hire documentation for HR.
  • Process payroll and tips for valet staff.
  • Investigate and report on claims as necessary.
  • Schedule personnel for all shifts across locations.
  • Assist with parking operations during peak times and emergencies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in line with company standards.
  • Participate in weekly client meetings and coordinate event schedules.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Valet Supervisor or Manager.
