- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.
