Job Description

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a highly skilled Junior Program Analyst to support our federal client in process improvement, knowledge management capture, customer service, and communications.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and work with a team of experienced professionals in the Washington DC area.

The successful candidate will provide support in reviewing existing asset management processes, identifying areas for improvement via process change or data/workflow automation, and updating key policy and procedure documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing existing asset management processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting process change initiatives and data/workflow automation efforts
  • Updating key policy and procedure documentation

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and up to 3 years' experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take products from concept to delivery with minimal direction
  • Strong Excel & PPT skills
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Strong storyboarding and deck development capabilities
  • Client management and meeting skills
  • Team player who can multi-task and drive activities in a large, high-profile, fast-paced, and collaborative team structure
  • Willingness to learn new concepts, methods, or subjects

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. An active security clearance is required.
