This role will play a crucial part in the recovery journey of our patients as an Addiction Recovery Specialist at Pinnacle Treatment Centers.

We combine compassionate care with cutting-edge treatment methods to address the diverse needs of individuals seeking help for substance use disorders.

The successful candidate will have experience working within similar roles and possess strong communication skills to connect with patients effectively.

• This position will involve conducting individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitoring and assessing patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Contributing to the overall success of the treatment center through participation in team meetings and professional development activities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and qualifications.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Tier 1 Counselor: High School Diploma / GED and CDCA certification.
• Tier 2 Counselor: Associate degree, LCDC II or III, LPC, LMFT, or LSW certification.
• Tier 3 Counselor: Master's degree, LISW, LICDC, LPCC, or IMFT certification.
