Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team at LabCorp. As a Cytotechnologist, you will play a critical role in the evaluation of gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens to determine possible malignant or related abnormal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and evaluate specimens for malignant or abnormal conditions
  • Perform microscopic evaluation of cytological specimens
  • Ensure proper documentation of workload recording
  • Meet slide screening requirements
  • Finalize testing results into the computer
  • Provide backup for cytology processing and other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Cytology, or a related science
  • Completion of Cytotechnology certified program
  • ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT) Certification is required
  • New graduates welcome with completion of requirements above
