Position Title: Interventional Radiology Technician
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Lexington, KY
Status: Accepting Candidates
Overview:
- Work Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts weekly, including 1-2 on-call shifts and one weekend every six weeks.
- Key Responsibilities: Support physicians during interventional neuro, vascular, and CT/US guided procedures. Proficiency in scrubbing as the primary assistant to the physician, along with circulating, capturing images, and managing exam charges in EPIC is essential.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with EPIC, Siemens single and bi-plane imaging systems, and McKesson PACS is advantageous.
- Mandatory Certifications: ARRT(R), BLS; VI certification preferred. A Kentucky Radiation Operator's License is required prior to commencement.
- Experience Requirement: 1-3 years in interventional radiology with skills in vascular interventional radiology.
Contract Duration: 14 weeks
