Job Title: Youth Program Coordinator

Job Summary:
Alameda Point Collaborative, a nonprofit organization providing housing and services to homeless individuals and families, is seeking a Youth Program Coordinator to assist with planning, outreach, and implementation of programs and activities for APC children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, publicizing, and implementing afternoon, evening, and community activities for children and youth living in APC housing
- Supervise programs for groups of children aged 10-17, including evening programs, enrichment/recreational activities, academic support, and childcare
- Facilitate youth programs at least two nights per week and participate in APC community events regularly
- Provide direct outreach and build rapport with youth and families in APC community
- Recruit resident teens for youth programs and other APC support services

Requirements:
- Education, work, or volunteer experience with programs serving youth (especially teens) in recreational, therapeutic, social services, and/or educational settings
- CPR and First Aid training required
- Fingerprint/background check clearance required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative services team
- Ability to adapt work schedule to meet program and resident needs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
