Job Summary:

Saint Therese is seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Food Server to join our team. As a Lead Food Server, you will play a vital role in serving seniors with exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve meals and beverages to tenants with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Wait tables, bus dishes, and perform related nutrition service duties as assigned
  • Assign duties to wait staff for daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Assist with training of new and current wait staff
  • Conduct in-services as needed
  • Assist with scheduling changes or problems as they occur

Requirements:

  • High school or GED
  • Previous experience working in healthcare dietary department as a server is preferred
  • Minimum of six months of supervisory or Lead experience is required
