Crime Analyst: Federal Law Enforcement Specialist

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is a premier law enforcement agency seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Crime Analysts. As a Crime Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing complex data and intelligence to identify trends and patterns that aid in the prevention and investigation of crimes.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $97,300 to $125,544 per year, commensurate with experience and location.
About the RoleAs a Crime Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends and patterns
- Developing and implementing analytical models to support investigative efforts
- Collaborating with investigators and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights
- Staying up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in crime and terrorism
To be successful as a Crime Analyst, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
