Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our canine guests.
Responsibilities- Supervise and Care for Dogs: Provide engaging and enriching play experiences for our dogs, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Administer Feedings and Medications: Follow established schedules to provide feedings and administer medications to our boarding dogs.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Clean and sanitize play areas, boarding spaces, and customer-facing areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and staff, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Build Knowledge and Skills: Develop expertise in dog behavior, breeds, training, and pet first aid to provide exceptional care.
- Animal Care Experience: Previous experience working with animals, either professionally or through volunteering, is preferred.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization.
- Professionalism and Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a professional and positive personality, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Competitive Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience.
