About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Lamar Operations team as a Billboard Installer. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining billboards across the Green Bay, WI area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain billboards, including advertisement installation and structure maintenance
  • Work at heights up to 200 feet above ground, ensuring safety and adhering to regulations
  • Use power and manual tools, such as ladders and construction equipment, while prioritizing safety
  • Attend safety meetings and maintain a clean workshop area
  • Document installations through photographs and written logs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction course required
  • Previous experience working at heights and with construction equipment a plus
