Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique sleep needs. Present a selection of Sleep Number products that deliver 'the best sleep of their life.'
Build long-lasting relationships with customers. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional information. Provide timely follow-up.
Demonstrate a drive for results. Become a trusted 'Sleep Expert' and consistently exceed sales goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
Prior customer-facing experience, preferably high-end sales.
A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; represent the brand with integrity always.
Familiarity with technology required for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations (e.g., interactive demonstrations, iPad, apps).
Able to adapt and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
Genuine desire to learn and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
Motivated by a performance-based compensation plan.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to demonstrate English language proficiency. Second language skills encouraged.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional education and training preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive guaranteed base pay, plus commission and bonus plan.
$15.00 - $15.00 per hour.
