**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will assist and provide direction to residents with personal care needs, enabling them to maintain good personal hygiene, carry out activities of daily living, and participate in community activities.

**Responsibilities**
* Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide direction and support to residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current Certified Nurse's Aide certification in the state of Florida
* One year of experience in the field preferred
* Current CPR and Basic First Aid Certificates of completion
