Laboratory Microbiologist

Job Summary:

As a certified microbiology technician at Certified Laboratories Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of food products. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare samples for analytical and microbiological testing, utilizing approved techniques and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree in life science, or two years of laboratory experience. Proficiency in computer software and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples for indicator organisms, pathogens, and chemistries
• Maintain media and reagents as needed for daily microbiological testing
• Inventory and report expendable supplies/materials needed for testing requirements
