Sales Product Advisor

We are seeking a Sales Product Advisor to drive revenue growth by selling safety equipment to industry contractors in a retail setting.
Responsibilities- Welcome and identify customer needs, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Explain products and services to customers, highlighting the importance of building rapport and negotiating effectively.
- Monitor inventory to ensure product stock levels, ensuring a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime.
- Enter process customer orders efficiently, utilizing strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service-related fields, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
