About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and direction to Nurse Aides for resident care.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately.
  • Implement resident care plans in accordance with Company guidelines and physician orders.
  • Perform various treatments as required.
  • Transcribe physician orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident charts.
  • Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication.
  • Educate support staff on resident care needs and implement established nursing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to infection control and body mechanic procedures.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to organize workflow, respond to emergencies, and note details.
