About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Operations Analyst to join our team at Palantir Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and executing processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and stabilize projects to ensure smooth deployments
  • Remove roadblocks and anticipate customer needs to free up engineers to focus on technical problems
  • Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable team members to spend their time on high-value tasks
  • Think creatively and work collaboratively to achieve project goals

Requirements
  • Active US security clearance, designated Top Secret or above
