Mental Health Care Technician

To succeed as a Mental Health Care Technician, you must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health settings
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and Positive Support Strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
